TICKETS
Bookings are now open for groups and school groups
Individual bookings can be made from the 4th of September

• Full rate € 10
• Discounted admission € 8: university students with current student ID, seniors (65 and older), groups with obligatory booking included (minimum 15, maximum 25, free admission for group leader)
• Discounted admission € 6: under 18s, school groups with prior booking only (free admission for two accompanying adults)
  [School groups can enjoy discounted admission for schools only from Monday to Friday. Discounted admission for groups will be applied on Saturday and Sunday]
• Free admission: children under 5, card-bearing journalists, helpers accompanying disabled persons
  An advanced sales charge of €1,50 is applicable for all bookings, excluding school groups

GUIDED TOURS

• Booked groups (up to 25 people): €110
• School groups (only if booked, up to 25 persons): € 50
• Unbooked groups (minimum 10 persons, maximum 25, only if staff is available): € 7 per person
  Except for school groups, the guided tours include an audio guide system providing a microphone for the guide and an earpiece for each member of the group.

School groups not using the services of Linea d'ombra must be accompanied by their own teachers.
For groups with their own guide, the cost of compulsory headsets is € 80.

Guided tours are not allowed without the prior consent of the Management of the exhibition.
Audio guides are available for individual visitors.

FURTHER INFORMATION
Last admission 45 minutes before closing time.
Free cloakroom compulsory for all handbags and backpacks, which may be security checked.
Access and services for the disabled.
Prams, pushchairs, umbrellas, food, beverages and animals, may not be taken into the exhibition but baby carriers are allowed.
The use of photography (cameras, cameras phones, video equipment, tripods) and mobile phones is not permitted.
